| 7:00-7:15am | Board Busses @ location to be announced The bus captains will be wearing Blue & White Jacket and Caps. See any captain for information. The bus ride to Cincinnati is approximately 5 hours. |
| 7:15am | Depart to Cincinnati Beverages and Snacks will be provided |
| 11:00am | Rest stop – 1 hour food and smoke break. |
| 3:00pm | Hotel check in:We ask that everyone remain on the bus until you receive your hotel room key |
| 6:00 – 6:15pm | Board Buses to Concert Buses depart @ 6:15pm. The Paul Brown Stadium is approximately 20 minutes from hotel. Show starts at 7:30p.m. |
| 20 Minutes after Concert Ends | Board Buses – Return to Hotel (underground parking garage)First bus begins boarding at 10pm for those who want to leave early. When full, it will return to hotel. The last bus will leave exactly 20 minutes after the concert ends. Those that shop after the concert will probably miss the last bus. After concerts, everyone will board the buses in the underground parking garage located on Second St. between Vine and Race St. (Between Paul Brown Stadium and The Underground Railroad Freedom Center) |
